As CFO in Scanmed he focused on sanity program, improving operational excellence aimed to increase business profitability (from PLN 19m to PLN 26m EBITDA before IFRS-16, achieved in challenging period for healthcare industry, when vast majority of hospitals reported significant decline in their profitability)
At EY Krzysztof pioneered advisory services. He has been high-performer, who initiated and developed regulatory advisory team establishing leading position across CSE and later a successful team specializing in the area of sales and marketing especially in retail and consumer products sector.
Krzysztof is an expert in finance and back-office processes. He started his career in audit division. Later he provided services in derivatives and financial risk, financial and commercial due diligence. Krzysztof was leading number of restructuring projects in the area of financial planning and controlling.
In 2018-2019 a board member at Scanmed responsible for finance, IT, procurement and maintenance of medical and hospital infrastructure.
Apart of finance, Krzysztof has strong understanding of business and commercial functions.
For the last 5 years within EY Krzysztof was leading sales and marketing performance improvement team supporting its clients in the area of commercial and marketing strategies, new product and service development, sales force effectiveness and operational process optimization.Krzysztof has wide experience in healthcare sector and before Scanmed he worked mainly with clients from telecommunication, retail and consumer products.
Przemysław Wira is an entrepreneur with 7 years of experience, he has successfully built up the business in the field of import/export, trading, online sales, retail in the past 7 years.
During his career, he has made multiple successful investments in raising markets which have helped him to support his early life. As a entrepreneur, he took a part in the negotiations of government contracts during Covid – 19 crisis.
All this experience helped him to understand the basic core of the business which ensured his successful run into the import-export industry.
Przemysław has strong entrepreneurial skills, vision and driven mindset, he has significant experience in negotiation in trade. As a chairman, he successfully negotiates distribution deals with major establishments such as Empik S.A. or Hart sp z.o.o. Since 2018 He has been studying finance, economics, marketing, management, business development. As a young student, He was always looking at the business in a way how he can make it, more reliable, more solid, a bit better.
Taking risks and seeing beyond the present has always excited him. But it takes much more than faith in an idea to make it work. It takes incredible people who not only believe in the idea, but also have the talent to execute it.
He is a focused and persistent person as he says: „I strongly feel that whatever challenge or high goal I will face or set for myself I will achieve, it is only a matter of time”.
I am a manager with professional experience in managing enterprises and holdings both on the level of responsibility for a specific function (Director of Finance of Shell Gas, Agros Holding) and in charge of the entire business (President of the Management Board - General Director) Agros Fortuna sp. z o.o., ZPC Mieszko S.A. , Bakalland S.A. Since 2009, I have also been an independent consultant in the field of business strategies, investment consulting and business processes improvement.
I have knowledge and experience in the FMGC sector, with particular emphasis on food and beverages as well as the specifics of service companies manufacturing as commissioned based on B2B contracts.
In addition to the food sector, other industries I am well familiar with are, among others, energy, distribution, IT, machine industry, glass production and pharmaceutical industry.
I am not afraid of challenges, I have successfully led companies through restructuring changes and developed them both in terms of market position and value. I have good analytical skills, which, combined with a sense of social situations and the ability to use the principles of cybernetics, allow effective management of the company.
I am stubborn and consistent in pursuing my goals, and at the same time I am a pragmatic person.
In addition to finance, I perfectly understand marketing techniques, sales tools and the supply chain.
